Over a year in development, Lumichron is now very proud to introduce a completely new clock that includes many of the popular features of our traditional all-electric neon clocks, but with a lower price point! The all-new, all-metal, case design is a bold 15" in diameter with a 10 1/2" steel face surrounded with a single tube of neon, covered with a convex lens. The clock movement is the finest quality quartz (powered by AA battery) with a continuous sweep second hand (as found in electric movements)! The housing is either gloss black or polished and chromed. Special order anodizing for the front is available in red, blue, natural or gold. The neon is powered by a standard, heavy duty, electro-magnetic transformer. The 8' cord is white and the unit has an on/off switch. The transformers are commercial, rated for continuous duty and should give many, many years of service. As with our other Lumichron clocks, everything is serviceable and covered with a one year warranty. Each clock is completely finished and assembled by hand in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA.
